Upgrading residual flows efficiently and with minimum energy consumption with the help of Magi-N.ext
A new solution offered by Dinnissen upgrades residual pulp waste products with the help of the Magi-N.ext concept. Pulp from various sectors, including the paper, beer, organic materials and vegetable processing industries as well as the bio-industrial sector is shredded, compacted and dried to achieve a moisture content of ≤ 9%. The pulp extracts produced during the compaction process can serve as valuable raw ingredients in the cosmetic, food, feed, and life science industries. The dried residual products can be used as biofuel.
Drying powders economically and effectively with the Pegasus® Mixer
This new model of the well-known Pegasus® Mixer dries powders, particles and granulates quickly and very energy efficiently. The mixing mechanism creates an optimized fluidized bed by carefully and gently suspending the particles in question. Hot air is then used to dry the individual powder particles from all sides. The treatment in the Pegasus® mixer with hot air, or if one wishes cold air, can also serve to sterilize products or cool them down again.
